Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. It's been a while since we got any updates on Darwin Nunez's exit from Liverpool this summer, which will still happen as it is over between Darwin Nunez and Liverpool on a mutual level. The last time I gave an update on the situation, it was about how Napoli is trying to figure out a fee that will suit them financially, and also that will be appealing to Liverpool for the deal to be sealed. Negotiations are still going on, and Napoli still remains the front runner to get Nunez this summer, so nothing has changed.

Darwin Nunez has already accepted personal terms with Napoli and he is keen on the move to the Italian club. The Uruguayan has prioritised Napoli and is not listening to any offers from other clubs. It is just a matter of time before the deal gets sealed as Napoli are banking on completing the Victor Osimhen deal with Galatasaray this summer. Let's say that Napoli will determine if Darwin Nunez will move to the club if Galatasaray pay the 75 million euros they demand for the Nigerian player this summer.

It is not a surprise that Victor Osimhen chose Galatasaray over other offers from Saudi Arabia and English clubs, so we can also say the rumours of Liverpool going for Victor Osimhen this summer are now over. According to Fabrizio Romano, the deal will be closed soon as Napoli still stands on the 75 million fee they have been requesting since last summer. Even when Galatasaray submitted a bid lower than the amount Napoli was asking for, it was rejected instantly by the Italian club. I have been writing more about Victor Osimhen in this post, which is meant for Darwin Nunez, but the fact is that for Nunez to enter Napoli, it depends on the successful transfer of Victor Osimhen to Galatasaray.

It is still not clear on the amount Napoli are insisting on paying Liverpool, but my guess is that it will be ranging from 45-50 million euros. This deal has to be over soon so the club can focus on getting a striker this summer, which from reports I have lately, it doesn't seem the club is lacking in that area. It's no news that Liverpool considers Isak as the ideal striker for the club, but it won't be easy as Newcastle will ask for a fee of over 100 million euros for Isak, which I doubt the club will be interested in spending that amount this summer.

The summer window can be full of surprises so we may be in for a surprise before the deadline day. There is still a lot to watch out for so I will be paying attention to how the club spends the rest of the summer in the transfer window. So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.
