You know the Champions League Competition is another ball game entirely.And kudos to the premier League teams,over the past 5yrs,they have really represented and dominated the competition.
20/21,Winner Chelsea
21/22, Liverpool lost to Madrid in the final
22/23 Winner Manchester City
23/24 Arsenal and City got to the Q/final
24/25 Arsenal lost out in the S/final
So to your question, yes! they have what it takes to win it Sir.
