My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2023
Hello Actifitters! I walked around the house. I did an agility workout. I used the elliptical machine for 10 minutes. I ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes. I used light weight dumb bell for chest workout. And lastly, I did abdominal exercises. I fetched my son and 2 nephews earlier than scheduled because the class was suspended due to earthquake.
