My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2023
Hello Actifitters! I only reached the minimum 5,000 steps. I got limited activity. I drove my son and 2 nephews in the school. When I got home, I drove my wife to the hospital to make hee rounds. After that, I drove her to the clinic. Then I went to the carwash shop because a vinegar was spilled in the car. After an hour, I went home. Few minutes after, I received a call from my brother informing me that my son felt dizzy because his eyeglasses was accidentally hit by his classmate and the lens was removed from the frame. My wife and I, went earlier to the school to give him the spare eyeglasses. Past 2 PM when we left the school to go to Pampanga province. After my meeting, we went to the supermarket and household needs. We also went to a mall and have our dinner. We got home at past 9 PM.
