Arsenal or Spurs, who takes the Wheel to UCL?

Good Day Friends and Football Lovers,

It's now quite obvious that the top 4 fight is going to last till the very last match but that the teams involved would go beyond Arsenal and Tottenham is something I am personally trying to sniff out of the current forms and stats.

Firstly, I was choked to see Tottenham with such a huge win against Newcastle in a match that didn't feature a red card. That win also helped me to draw the final conclusion that Manchester United is either heading to the UEL or nowhere else.

Though as a United fan, I was actually praying that Arsenal should lose yesterday and somehow, there was this confidence in me that Arsenal wasn't going to get a win, I don't really know why maybe because I thought of how difficult it had been for Manchester United lately against Crystal Palace too.

To some extent, Crystal Palace and Newcastle does know how to play a classic underdog match whereby the big team plays all in all, wins the possessions, creates more close chances but never gets a goal at the end of the ninety minutes.

A classic underdog match was what Palace played against Arsenal yesterday, they allowed them had full control of the ball but not within their goal box and considering the smart attackers available with Palace, it was very easy for them to be clinical with their few chances.

Having a player like Cnnor in Palace's midfield made is somewhat easy to push fast attacks because the lad is quite fast and quick to deciding what to do with his ball, and having finishers like Zaha, Matete, and Ayew sealed all sense of opportunities for Palace.

In short form, Arsenal lost and that gives Tottenham a very precious edge to pin Arsenal considering the fact that Arsenal still has to play Manchester United, Chelsea, and even Tottenham while Tottenham has just Liverpool aside from Arsenal herself.

It's really going to a difficult one from this point and I personally feel the fight would last till the 38th match and could be even more terrible if United wakes from her dying bed.

Did you get to see Tottenham's match against Newcastle?

For me, the match was something far from just a win and Conte's celebration for every single goal tells me the kind of match it was. The fist goal came from Schar for Newcastle and I personally took that as my best goal in in the match, the free kick was everything mind pleasing.

The Kane and Son duo had always been the reason why I do pick interest in Tottenham at any point in time but with the addition of Kulusevski this season, I'd began to see something more, the youngster is just smart and fast as Kane and Son and that kind of makes the team's attacks just more dangerous.

At time point, I don't even know which team to hope for to make the top 4 race within Arsenal, Tottenham, and Manchester United but I'm sure any team that makes it definitely deserves it.

It's tough to say but I think Arsenal still has the upper hand to get the UCL spot.

Just because of the outstanding match right?
Let's just watch and see!.

On paper it seems that arsenal have a game in hand but in reality they don't. I am a Spurs fan and they play us next month so it's not really a game in hand anymore.

Looking at the fixtures, Arsenal have their easiest game this weekend out of remaining fixtures.

It will be a close race, but I think we will get 4th especially with Tierney now injured.

Most people are counting on Arsenal's outstanding game so they can get back into the top 4. They should know better that points you haven't won doesn't count and anything can happen. Tottenham only won I think 2 of their 4 outstanding games. There is no assurance that Arsenal would win that outstanding game either but we know it would go down to the wire between both teams.

I don't rate United to qualify except a last minute miracle which I wouldn't mind but I doubt we deserved it.

Tottenham v Newcastle United shocked me. I was hoping for a draw at least because I don't want us to be further behind.

Further behind? Exactly!
My fear now is that we might even have to fight for a space in the UEL if we are not careful enough.

That is shameful. If we can't beat Everton this weekend, then we don't deserve even the Conference League.

Aaaaah.... 😂😂😂😂
I can't stop laughing but I really don't see us having more than a draw as usual.

Hahahaha it would be shameful because Everton are playing terribly right now and we should be able to beat them.

It's a hard prediction to make but I'll prefer Tottenham Hotspur taking the spot

All the same, anyone of them heading to the UCL is fine by me, I just interested in how the current war between them would end.

Arsenal were definitely below par in that game and we definitely presented ourselves of the slaughter table for Palace.

We reacted slowly and when we did it was already too late.

I'm still positive of a top four finish. The only team we're fighting with now is Spurs.

Lol.. I hope too cos they're also very inconsistent. However, I think if we can win our game against them and better their remaining results, we'd be good.
