My FPL Team and Thoughts for Game Week 30!
Hello Friends, Readers, and Viewers,
It's been a while I posted anything on this my blog, I've been quite busy with so many things in the physical world but then, I'm sure life never stopped around here so I'm back now!
There as been a long break in the European prominent leagues of late due to the World Cup qualifier matches but that's over for now and the usual leagues are back on track and I would be glad to take you through my new FPL (Fantasy Premier League) Team for the few more games left in the EPL (England Premier League) this season.
Above is my current and live squad for even this weekend's matches. I've got 5 players on star/great form, and I am hoping they get to contribute much more to my earned points this weekend.
I've had Martinez as my goalkeeper for more than half of the season and I haven't gotten any reason to regret that. He'll be taking on a low mate in the league (Fulham). I've got both the goalkeeper for Aston Villa (Martinez) and Areola of Fulham in my squad, Areola is on my bench but his points would count today as I'll be playing my "bench boost" chip this weekend.
I am playing three men defense this weekend and all my proposed defenders are with great form at the moment. Shaw, Creswell, and Dallas, having them all in my squad this weekend kind of assures me of getting at least 15 points from my defense line.
As Creswell of Westham United is currently new in my squad so also is Raphinha of Leeds United in my midfield. The two players have been with great stats this season. As Raphinha being new in my midfield, Mane, Bruno, and Rashford have been with me for sometime now and I still trust them for a better result this weekend, even more from Bruno as he'll be holding my captain band this weekend again!
My attack for this weekend is more of having having average players but they've been of great contributions so far this season too and with their various fixtures for this weekend, they are likely to get me more points than I am expecting, for I am expecting just 20 points from the three (Bamford, Calvert-Lewin, and Watkins) of them.
My bench is quite beautiful and with much hope for they are all likely to start for their various teams this weekend and that fact made me play my "Bench Boost" chip.
In conclusion, I am looking at earning at least 80 solid points from my current squad this weekend and that quite possible considering the form and the fixtures my squads has. Let's just watch!
