Ronaldo saved United As Lewandowski Hauls and Barcelona Wept!

Even though Manchester United hasn't been on their best form recently, Cristiano Ronaldo hasn't refused to keep proving that he's a world class super star on the pitch!

Who is your G. O. A. T?

I wasn't privileged to watch United's recent UCL match due to poor internet connection but I later found and watched the highlights. Like he (Ronaldo) himself said in an interview, he didn't really pay much in the match but for the fact that he had the winning and not just winning but the most needed goal of the day made it seemed like we was practically the king of the match.

There's nothing to argue about, my choice Ronaldo is my G. O. A. T but at the same time, I do respect Messi a lot, he is an extraordinary talent and that's something really rare in the world of football or sport at large.

As a United fan, my focus is gradually shifting aways from whether or not would United win a trophy this season to whether or not would Ronaldo win a golden boot this season. He's be sensational since his arrival at United this season.

Losing to Villarreal twice would have been a great slap on United's face but luckily for them, they survived that and it seems like United doesn't have a problem but as a fan, I believe we do and it still lies with Ole (Team Manager). United would be hosting Everton tomorrow afternoon and as a fan, I am really counting on that match and hoping United would take much of the advantages available.

United won't be having Maguire tomorrow and probably Shaw won't be available too but these two does have fine replacement with Telles and Lindelof fit enough to start. But on the other hand for Everton, they won't be having two of their major strikers which includes Richarlison and Calvert-Lewin. Having these two absent tells much about how relaxed Everton's attack would be but then, with Manchester United lately, there can always be shocking moments!

Bayern Munich is the biggest and the best team in Germany but isn't that enough compiled with Lewandowski's performances to win him a Ballon d'or? I sincerely see no reason why he hasn't won it yet. He's been proving and still proving himself as the best striker (No. 9) the world has had and still has since few years back. I'm not a huge fan of German Bundesliga but I'm a huge fan of Lewandowski's performances. He deserves more and I hope he gets it!

What I personally love about Lewandowski is his availability. He knows how to always appear and reappear when needed and that's one of the best things a striker should know how to do. Another player is see with similar traits is Haaland of Dortmund and he hope he just keeps growing that way.

Bayern Munich still remains in the UCL tournament with rising hopes that Lewandowski would score more goals and probably win the golden boot for the tournament.

BARCELONA IN THE MUD!

But sincerely, I've been taking about Manchester United's problems but....

How to was recognize Barcelona's problems?

I've been following Barcelona as one of the favorite teams for years now but with what the team is currently facing, I can't even say if the problem or problems are from the coach or players. It's just so heartbreaking to see Barcelona one of Kings in European football trying to fight for a space outside the UCL group stage which is not their normal predicament.

I was chanced to see the highlights of the match they had against Benfica some hours ago and firstly, the link up between the two De Jong really pissed me off and I was so surprised to watch a team like Benfica playing with so much confidence against Barcelona.

The 22 year old lad (Nunez) who trashed Barcelona two days ago and who also is currently the soul or Benfica is likely to fetch Benfica a huge sum of money and many big and major teams would be running bids for the Uruguayan in the next transfer window. I have watched the guy, I love this confidence, his physicality and skills. He's definitely going to grow well the the European football space.
