Benn Mathurin solo requiere más entrenamiento, disciplina y concentración para hacer un buen trabajo. Jordan Nwora probablemente no sea el tirador más efectivo pero rebota y asiste cuando se necesita. Está por verse si será una buena segunda espada. El técnico Rick Carlisle tiene buenas fichas para armar un buen juego y llegar a playoff aunque con este equipo no ganará su segundo anillo.

SACRAMENTO KINGS

En Sacramento el todo vale más que la suma de las partes. Sin superestrellas caras este equipo ha logrado hacer bastantes puntos en cada partido para conseguir una victoria tras otra. Un estilo de juego ágil, rápido, centrado más en la efectividad que la espectacularidad. Las 45 victorias de esta temporada, así como el promedio más alto de puntos por partido (121), son una muestra de ello. Domantas Sabonis es el rey de reyes.

Hay otros equipos que son buenos pero no son los mejores porque dependen exclusivamente de sus estrellas. Me refiero a los Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets, Golden State Warriors y los Angeles Clippers. Carecen de profundidad en el banco, la experiencia de los veteranos, buenas bases para la creación de juego en momentos clave y capacidad técnica para romper cercos defensivos o mantener a raya a los jugadores contrarios.
