Saturdays are for Savouring
Today I “savoured” my well-earned weekly cheat day, and finished off with a hard 25 minute workout for upper body 💪🏼
Brekkie -
Omelet- 2 whole egg and 1 egg white, cheese, pease, tomatoes onion and garlic, side of lentils
Lunch: cheat time!
Savoured two Jamaican Patties, half a sausage roll and a grapefruit 😲
Afternoon: took my kids to a coding workshop and then a trip to the mall: they got a Valentines 💘 cupcake, I got a pistachio Macaron cookie.
Dinner: Cheat time!
6oz sirloin steak and tuna tartare, with a bit of rice, asparagus and some dumplings
Late night workout: (25 mins)
45 lbs dumbbells
30 seconds rest between sets
Shoulder press x5 x3
Bent row x10x3
Chest flies x8x3
Lower back tricep extension x8x3
Hammer curl x5x3 (1 clean rep each set then failure-> just hard negatives)
