Wednesdays are for Wanting (but not Having)
Okay so I decided a few weeks ago, when I started, that my cheat day is Saturdays.
This week, Valentines Day is on Friday so I’m already considering moving it forward or maybe shaving two cheat days - I know… 😬…
So then today my mother-in-law shows up with an entire cheesecake - “for the kids”
Get that out of my house! 😱
Okay I’m not that mean, I let the kids have a small slice each… but they are 9 and 6, they don’t need a whole cheesecake, cmon!
Finished off with a workout
45 lbs dumbbells
30 seconds rest between sets
Shoulder press x5 x3
Bent row x10x3
Chest flies x8x3
Lower back tricep extension x8x3
Hammer curl x5x3 (1 clean rep each set then failure-> just hard negatives)
