My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2023

Shalom dear actifitters and alivers, happy weekend to you all.

Hope you are giving your self a special treat this weekend. Remember that health is wealth, so your fitness is a serious business, as your physical and mental health contribute greatly in the success you are making.

My fitness walk to me across Ikot Ekwere to Itu road and to church road and then back to the house. While walking I was meditating about some issues that I am handling right now and because my mental alertness is being sharpen by the walk I was able to get practical solutions to the issues.

When I returned home I spend some minutes try to follow a program that was go on in the television.

Tomorrow is the Lord's day, so I will be presenting myself before His presence and received his blessings.
