My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2024

Good day to you all dear actifitters. Today is Tuesday the second day of the week, the weather looks like it will rain with some cooling breeze that later seems as if it blows away the rain.

Taking a walk these days is exhausting due to the intense heat that is being experienced for some weeks now.

But this evening I took a walk to church road and make over 5200 steps.

I am alive and thriving so I engaged in curating awesome post in the community as I walk back home.
