My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2024 || IAmAliveAndThriving

Weekend is often characterized by different activities for different folks. For some it is a relaxation days from the office busy activities. To other it is for catching of fun either going to beach, parties, gets together, and or other ceremonies. To a greater number of other people it is still a working day.

As the rain season prepares to set in, the weekend is a busy time to spend in the farmland, getting it ready for planting of different crops.

As I walk along the road in my actifit fitness and health walk, what I sees is people busy spending there weekends time on their respective farms clearing the land, burning cuts and dried up grasses, tilling and even putting the crops (mostly cassava stem) to the ground.

The inflation rate in the country now is actually forcing people to get back to the farm which is the oldest human occupation on the surface of the earth.

Still other folks will not play with their source of meager income as long as it pays for some daily bills.

As I walk those places and notice those humans activities in the weekend, I was able to record over 5000 steps in my actifit fitness walk.
