My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2024 || I Am Alive And Thriving
Greetings to you dear actifitters. Hope you had a great day.
My actifit fitness walk took me to Itu road, church road, Aka road and Etuk street. The weather was hot and glittering indicating that it will rain in moment which of course later pour heavily.
I walked through Itu road linking to church road and stop by Eddie's office, she ask me to help her pick some items at Etuk street since I am going that direction.
Etuk Street is a popular and very busy market popularly called Odua Uyo (former Uyo market), goods are being brought in trucks and warehouse here, so you can buy in whole sale price and retail prices as the case may be.
The prices of things generally have gone high even in the market here.
The above pad use to go for ₦2,700 that's about 6.5 hive when hive was ₦400, but now I bought it at ₦4,000 which is about 5.98 hive now that Hive has gone up too to ₦670.
This very item is not even in the market again due to its high price.
The next stop was Samboson Pharmaceutical Store still within the Etuk market. Here I bought some drugs which are equally expensive.
Despite the high cost of things now, people are still buying as if tomorrow will not come.
At the end of my shopping and walking back to church road and subsequently back home, I was able to record above 11500 steps to keep fit.
