My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2023
I start the new week with alot of vigor and positivity, first off I did my house chores before stepping out for a lite jogging around my environment to keep fit and healthy.
After which I took my bath and step out to work , where I did alot of my daily routine jobs activities. Which is also part of exercising.
During my break period I went out for a lite walk before returning back to my place of work. I am striving harder to set my own daily records on my fitness using actifit to track my progress
