Lots of Exercise in the fresh snow today.

Shovelling the driveway, scraping ice off the windshield on the car, brushing snow off the car, walking lola on the trail, and the most fun of all …participating in the #actifit #appics #cryptofitchallenge2022

Today I did Exercise #3 Boxing

This was a little tricky with my frozen shoulder so I had to move pretty slow … but with the magic of iMovie on my iPad I was able to speed up the footage to make it look like I was moving smooth as a butterfly, fast as a bee.

Wait, how does it go ?

“Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. The hands can't hit what the eyes can't see.”

The minute I put on the Boxing gloves I hear the voice of Muhammad Ali, or the Music from Rockey.
