A beautiful spring day for long walks in the Sugar Maple Forests of Almonte Ontario.
Enjoying our trip up North visiting the many Maple Syrup Farms of Eastern Ontario.
This is kind of like a road trip to visit the Wineries of Sonoma and Napa Valley in California.
Except we are tasting the many Maple
syrups, Maple Sugar, Maple butter and even Maple popsicles.
Have to walk many miles to Work off all those waffles and pancakes covered with Maple syrup.

Wow! How cool to be able to do that! We tried our hand at making Big Leaf Maple Syrup this January, and it turned out very tasty! To have so much to choose from though; that had to be very, very tasty!
