My Actifit Report Card: May 20 2022

Another very beautiful sunny day up here in the Northern Hemisphere….

They were calling for lots of rain and muggy weather but we got mostly sunshine, and clear skies.

Good for walking and doing some gardening… mostly weeding and pruning.

It was my birthday today so as usual I ate and drank way too much of everything … breakfast, lunch, dinner and tons of desert.

I can barely move. Stuffed.

Why do we do this ?

So much good food.

Now I need to go on a diet … or walk an extra 20,000 steps tomorrow.
