My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2022

A beautiful late summer day here in the Northern Hemisphere. I had a good long walk along with river with Lola today but not quite 10,000 steps.

It was a perfectly sunny dry day … a few clouds on the horizon but all the humidity is gone.

I did lots of swimming in the afternoon but I’m still nervous to wear my Fitbit in the water. Even though it’s supposed to be waterproof I don’t want to have it short out on me …

Maybe I will give it a try tomorrow.

Have a great weekend everyone. Enjoy the last few days of summer … I guess it is the end of winter in Australia.
