Excellent. Sometimes I forget to charge my Fitbit and only remember when I go to synch on Actifit. Woops. All those missing steps. It adds up to a lot of #afit #alive and #sports tokens ... Make sure you add #aliveandthriving tag to your actifit posts for Free Alive Tokens

Exactly. It's pretty easy to make a 1 minute video every day while out walking with @Actifit ....
