Your post made me hungry. I'm in Buffalo NY along the Canadian border and we have a couple restaurants that do poutine properly. One of my favorite dishes! When I'm in Canada I have to order it at every restaurant I visit. So delicious!

Yeah… they have about 5 of these Poutine Shacks along the 7 km route I skate each day on my way to work….. and I stop at least once … in each direction.

I would too! That's awesome. Between Poutine and samosas, I alway gain at least 10 lbs whenever I visit Toronto. 🤣
