Another very mild winter day here on Beaver Creek.

No beavers or beaver dam building going on today. Maybe they have all travelled south for the winter along with all the Canadian geese. Anyone notice more beavers than usual down in Florida ?

Maybe they only go as far south as Virginia ? Who knows.

The Mallard ducks are back in town. Spring must be coming ...

They are usually ok… in their lodge…under the ice.

They are very very smart …

Beavers are master builders, among other things. A beaver is a city planner, architect, hydroengineer and contractor all rolled up into one dog-sized, semiaquatic fur ball castorea.

👀 yes they are an amazing animal. I don't think there's any beavers in Malaysia though. Never seen one
