Is dancing a form of disrespect to the opposing fan?

To me, Yes of course dancing is a kinda of disrespect or challenge to the opposing fan showing that they can and will always defeat them

I disagree. I don't think dancing is a form of disrespect. On the contrary, it's a form of celebration of once euphoric mood.

There are different forms of celebration that can be tagged as "disrespectful", but I would say it is a subjective topic.

But I honestly don't see dancing as a disrespect my gee

I don't see it as a disrespect, everyone has the right to celebrate the way they want. The racist attack is what i don't agree with.
