The club has just been bought by a massively wealthy consortium, which includes the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia (PIF). Few weeks later,in October 20th,as expected, their veteran coach, Steve Bruce,was excused out of the club,thus they are in a hot search for a new coach. Several candidates have been linked to the enticing job, like Frank Lampard and Roberto Mantinez, Newcastle has narrowed down their search to Unai Emery at the moment,as they have even now opened talks with him. The former Arsenal coach is currently coach of Villarreal who are playing in the Champions league and who won the Europa League last season(that's apart from being a serial Europa League winner with Sevilla).
It might seem difficult to pull him out of Villarreal who are on the ascendancy. However,there is a lot money can do and the new owners of Newcastle have more than enough to spend on Emery.
I conclude that Emery is a great choice for this novel Newcastle project,with his reputation rebuilt in Villarreal after a rather turbulent two seasons in Arsenal. He sure has the fire in his belly to drive this project and there's nothing like hiring a coach who definitely has something to prove in England.
If the ongoing discussion is a success,then it continues to amaze the quality of coaching in England.

So what is Getty images? I see some pictures labelled Getty images in Google and I deliberately avoid using them,due to instinct not because I know what they are. I didn't use any such picture (with such a label) here. I would appreciate more detail from you on this.

Getty is a company that owns the rights to photographs. We just can't use them as we are using their rights to earn rewards ourselves. You have to check and that takes time and something we all have to do. There is no easier way of saying it as you just need to check that the image is not owned by Getty. In football they have like a 99% market share of what we see and it is very tough.

However,you have still not answered me on the issue. I said I don't use them; are they not the pictures that are labeled Getty in Google?

That is the problem with Getty as it is not so obvious until you start looking. One site may show nothing but then if you keep looking it does become obvious. Your photos took around 5-10 minutes to check and something you just have to do. This is why football posts are high risk unless you come up with another plan. You just cannot use them as you are earning from the post.
If you cannot check an only use a phone then you have a big problem as how are you going to check properly. I suggest you don't use photographs if that is the case and work on using something else.
