If klopp continues with attacking through the wings alone, teams will continue to nullify their attack. Arnold is left exposed when the player in front of him (Salah) isn't playing well.
Reinforcing the midfield reduces the workload off the wingers and creativity can come from both the midfield and the wings rather than just the flanks alone. And the defense is less exposed than it is currently."

you are right if Salah support Anold like the Arsenal wingers supports their wing backs, Anold may not be exposed. Maybe that is what they need to work on by January but as Klopp and Liverpool as a whole so much believe in Salah and that is why they let Sadio Mane go and add to Salah's salary with more years. Maybe Geo Gomez should keep playing that wing back as he isn't exposed like Anold is.
