Fitness: 21st September 2020 + A Did You Know Question

Good Morning

Today morning was pretty cool, and it is always a pleasure waking up to a great day; the one that feels energized from the time we wake up. It is still fun to take a break from the normal working days and go out in the morning for a stroll. And then have a cuppa of tea with friends. That’s what I did today.

But then what about my exercise? Well, I took it easy today and focused just on the abs. Here is what I did.

So, this is a technique that I learned from a friend and is reasonably straightforward and realized that this is a technique followed by many YouTube influencers. Please take a look at one of them recommending this technique.

See that? Looks pretty simple right? But try it, and you will feel the difference. Do the exercise for thirty days, at least. I can vouch for it. Have fun trying it out. For those of you that workout and still need to get your waist in place, this is a good exercise.

While those that follow a sedentary lifestyle and hardly get time to exercise, this will work on waist and fat. So, good for you. That’s it from me for today. I will see you all tomorrow.

The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!
