Weights and Planks - 13th March 2020

Yesterday's cross-fit was a bit intense, so I was still feeling a bit sore in the back and ribs. But that's the kind of pain which tells you that your body is becoming strong, so I love it.

I wanted to maintain momentum and hence continued with weights for shoulder, planks overall and threw in some cross-fit stuff. 😊

There was a bit of difference today. I intentionally crunched the time. So, instead of taking a 10 second break between exercises, I just zoomed through all. The effect was telling. I was panting like crazy of course, but loved the work out. Interestingly, I found planks to be the respite in all the exercises. Can you believe that? Planks take some effort especially after the one minute mark, so you can guess how intense the rest of the exercises would have been.

I am loving the group exercises and will keep the momentum going. 😊 😊
