My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2025

I never imagined I could have taken that amount of steps daily... I feel light walking around today, this was from my room, the streets, my work place and the church of Christ in my neighbourhood. Working those steps and visiting those places made my body and spirit whole again. This I recommend for everyone in the community, it is makes you feel whole during the day and gives you sound sleep at night.
