My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2025

It's been a day indeed... The work I was suppose to have done since yesterday but I couldn't because I was tired because of the stress, I had to finish it up early this morning before I rush out to me up with the day appointment. It all started with normal walking from my room but that was not enough and I started jogging after that and later resolved to running and I finally meet up with the appointment as scheduled.
