Back To Basics - Ralf Rangnick Failed Too.

Most people argued with me when I said Manchester United's performance against Brentford was not good as most people were claiming. I specifically mentioned that if what they played against Brentford was played against another top side, they would have lost but most people said it was an improved performance. I agreed but I still pointed out that it was down to luck because Brentford didn't pose any threat.

Yes, Manchester United won that game by 3-0 but if anyone watched the game closely, they would understand that Manchester United were lucky. They were sloppy with passes, they couldn't put together decent passes for long and they lost possession too many times. Now, they met with a side that wants to win and make a statement, they got swept aside. Brighton didn't only win, they swept aside Manchester United with a resounding 4-0 victory.

I know this team and I've noticed their pattern. I know that Manchester United would give hope to the fans and then snatch it at the next available opportunity. It wasn't shocking to see them lose against Brighton but I never imagine that embarrassing scoreline. It's surprising to think this team attend training and they receive paychecks every Friday. What a waste of investment.

To be honest, I didn't even complete the match. The moment I noticed Brighton scored in the 15th minute, I turned off the channel and didn't follow the game anymore. It was the final whistle I saw that they were whopped by 4-0 and deservedly so.

Ralf Rangnick came with a high reputation and I thought his tough approach would do this lazy team a world of good and to make it worse, I think he is even worse with results than David Moyes, no disrespect to David Moyes at all. He allowed himself to be rolled over by the players and I think he is also too worried about what the players would say about some of his decisions. He tried it at first when he substituted Ronaldo and also Bruno Fernandes but when it didn't go down well with them, he had to turn it around and please them.

Of course, he showed ruthlessness regarding certain players too but let's face it, he failed miserably where results are concerned. He should have taken a more stern approach when he noticed results weren't going his way but as much as I would blame the players, he also had a part to play because what's the point when you can't even inspire your team to victory. It is so obvious that the players are not playing for him. They are not even playing for the badge, how can they even play for the coach which they cannot even see take a tough stern.

Another thing I don't like about Ralf Rangnick is that he made it known every time that he is there for the interim and he is not shy in throwing the players under the bus. When he is playing his blame game, he is showing the players the kind of coach he is and no one would ever want to play their heart out for such a coach. I am not excusing the players, everyone knows I am even more critical of them. We have already established the fact that these players are useless and lazy...now, it's time for Ralf Rangnick to look at himself in the mirror too and know that his time at Manchester United has been nothing but a failure too.

Harry Maguire hasn't played for some games now and the defence is still as terrible as it has always been. Lindelof has been exposed and Varane is struggling to adapt. The funny thing is, these players are way better than Joel Matip on paper but what Matip is doing for Liverpool, the whole of Manchester United's defence line cannot even come close to doing half of it. This begs the question that everything is wrong with Manchester United; the structure, the coaching staff and the players.

It's a failed season already and Ralf Rangnick, the coaching staff and the players have to look into the mirror and tell themselves that they have failed and they don't deserve to be associated with such a great history as Manchester United. Others gave this team the glory through hard work and sweat and these ones are dragging it into the mud and they have to be ashamed of themselves because they are unworthy of the huge wage bill they get every week.

Thank you for your time.

Whoever is directly controlling the V2K told me to kill myself.
They told me if I killed myself now it would save the lives of countless others.
Saying the longer I wait to kill myself the more people will suffer.

They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years. I know there are many in prison that dont deserve to be there because of this. Your stay in prison will not be fun @battleaxe and friends. People are going to want you dead when they find out what you did. I hope you die a slow painful death. You sick mother fuckers.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?

Immediately Rangknick was appointed, I had to check his track record and nothing in it inspired any excitement in me. The players have been utterly terrible, but the coach also have his own fair share of the blame. Perhaps it's because he knew his stay is temporary, so he always tried to shift the blame to the board and players and make it look like his job is being hampered by the rot he inherited. As much as that might be true, he still failed woefully in the only job he was supposed to do, which was to steady the ship for the incoming coach. Now the team is even worse than when he inherited it.

I just hope and pray Ten Hag can get us out of this mess.. Though personally I doubt it

You spoke my mind there and that's the truth. He failed in his only job and he never failed to remind us all that he's an interim coach. He is terrible with man management too because he would rather want others to look bad than him.

I really hope Erik Ten Hag gets it right because he is inheriting a terrible bunch of players.

Very true... And in this age, the most important quality of a coach is man management cos most of these players are like big babies.

I seriously doubt that Ten Hag will be able to do that job. Though I hope he proves me wrong

I'm sacred for Erik too but the best would be to do what Guardiola did...send away the troublesome players and bring in his own.

Let's just hope it works out for him. Cos the board are more interested in making money from merchandise than in winning trophies

That's the annoying part. The board doesn't care.

I fear for Ten Haag too if this set of players remain. Remember also that when Ragnick was appointed, it came with the same hype and maybe even more. And it's a different terrain from what Ten Haag has been used to. United may need to give him time.

They need to give Erik time and also get him his own kind of players because these bunch are terrible. Ralf always make it known that he is an interim manager and that affected the way he does things and how easy he is to throw his players under the bus.

I also feel he talks too much to the medi about his players. That alone is enough for him to lose the dressing room. He's meant to manage and not breakup.

Exactly and that's why they are not playing for him.

Fergie certainly left massive boots to fill and nobody seems to be able for the job.

No one is even better equipped to take the job.

That's the funny thing, I reckon Fergie could come back even at his age and do better than anybof his replacements, which is an ever growing list.

That man; Sir Alex still holds a great influence. This Ralf is just terrible at his job...except for blame shifting.

Yes, agreed, he still has sway there, but everyone will tell you that Man United has been rotten since the Glazers came along, and it is hard to argue with that. I do think Erik ten Hag will be a good appointment, but he will need to do a major clear out to get rid of the deadwood.

So many deadwoods and I hope he is backed.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the scoreline as I wasn't opportune to see the game live and watching the highlights, I was surprised at how Brighton took those goals and made United look ordinary.

I feel Ragnick flourishes more in his director role rather than on the bench. For a man touted to have taught the likes of Tuchel and Klopp, he must be disappointed with himself.

United do need an overhaul.

He absolutely disappointed himself. Looks like his methods are out of date or he didn't even know what he is doing.

Ralf appointment was a mistake obviously.

I don't really know what information the United board was served to appoint such a guy. I've always maintained the fact that he talks too much. It's an open secret that the team need a revamped but you don't bring that up within the season or after every lose as a coach. Rio Ferdinand reiterate the same.

This seasons woes is on him and his staff 💯

I agree on that. He talks to much and always want to shift blame. We know they are bad and that's why the club came to him and yet, he keeps pointing out the problem and still couldn't fix anything. He's terrible, just as the players.
