Fútbol Femenino Sub15... El Futuro Nace en Puerto Ordaz. Continuamos con la promoción del deporte regional y en esta oportunidad, estamos de vuelta con el Fútbol Femenino categoría sub15 desde Puerto Ordaz estado Bolivar Venezuela. Estos niveles albergan jugadoras entre los 13 y 15 años de edad; chicas que están en contaste crecimiento, preparación y me atrevo a decir; que aquí está un terreno sumamente fértil, donde están en desarrollo las futuras estrellas de nuestro fútbol femenino nacional. Me sorprende mucho ver a estas chicas cuando entrenan y cuando están en juego, porque no le tienen miedo a nada, siempre van de frente y al ataque; además, defienden su terreno de forma magistral. Digo esto; porque estar presente en estos encuentros, es sinónimo de emoción, energía, garra, estrategia y mucho corazón.

En tal sentido; la razón de esta entrada, es la puesta en escena de un partido femenino sub 15, que está inmerso en el campeonato interclubes donde están presenten 10 equipos participantes; sin embargo, existe la opción de invitar a un Club de un estado vecino; en este caso se contó con la participación del equipo femenino Monagas FC. Así que la jornada que hoy les llevo a cabo en este contenido, es el encuentro entre los equipos de Talentos FC y Monagas FC; donde ambos equipos cuentan con 3 puntos en la tabla de clasificación; claro está, este campeonato apenas inicia. Un juego cargado de mucha emoción, entrega y corazon; sinceramente, disfrutamos de un evento que marca pauta en el fútbol femenino; el futuro esta aquí y nosotros se lo llevamos a todos ustedes.

These levels are home to players between 13 and 15 years of age; girls who are growing, preparing and I dare to say; that here is an extremely fertile ground, where the future stars of our national women's soccer are developing. I am very surprised to see these girls when they train and when they are playing, because they are not afraid of anything, they always go forward and attack; in addition, they defend their field in a masterful way. I say this because being present at these matches is synonymous with emotion, energy, grit, strategy and a lot of heart.

In such sense; the reason for this entry, is the staging of an under 15 female match, which is immersed in the interclub championship where 10 participating teams are present; however, there is the option of inviting a Club from a neighboring state; in this case we had the participation of the female team Monagas FC. So, the match that I am bringing you today in this content, is the encounter between the teams of Talentos FC and Monagas FC; where both teams have 3 points in the standings; of course, this championship has just begun. A game full of emotion, dedication and heart; sincerely, we enjoyed an event that sets the tone in women's soccer; the future is here and we bring it to all of you.

Estamos presentes en la cancha de Unare, ciudad de Puerto Ordaz y poco a poco están llegando las jugadoras en compañía de todos los representantes; una vez que ambos equipos estaban presentes en la cancha, cada uno de los directores técnicos hicieron el respectivo llamado para brindar las orientaciones necesarias a cada uno de los equipos. De igual manera; así como digo siempre en todas mis rutinas que el calentamiento es sumamente importante, éstas chicas hicieron lo propio e iniciaron sus respectivos calentamientos. En primera instancia realizaron pequeños trotes, luego algunos estiramientos y finalizaron con la sección de habilidades, pases y disparos al arco con el objeto de entrenar también a las porteras. Las chicas estaban muy emocionadas y no se esperaba menos, porque la fiebre del fútbol está presente en todas las edades.

In the same way; as I always say in all my routines that the warm-up is extremely important, these girls did the same and started their respective warm-ups. First they did some jogging, then some stretching and finished with the skills section, passing and shooting at the goal in order to train the goalkeepers as well. The girls were very excited and no less was expected, because soccer fever is present in all ages.

Las chicas ya están preparadas y súper activas; ahora, atienden al llamado del arbitro para proceder a formarse y así dirigirse al centro de la cancha. Mucho orden, organización y antes de que las jugadoras se coloquen en sus posiciones; se saludan entre ellas como símbolo de fraternidad. El encuentro estuvo dividido en dos tiempos de 40 minutos continuos cada uno y al culminar los primeros 20 minutos de cada tiempo, se procede a la jornada de hidratación. De inmediato se da el pitazo inicial y vemos que el equipo de Talentos FC salió con todo; sin embargo, el encuentro se mostraba un poco parejo, porque las chicas del Monagas FC no daban tregua y lo que me llamó la atención; es que el sector del medio campo parecía un campo de batalla; pelotas iban y pelotas venían, pero siempre el medio campo estaba que explotaba. Cada una de las chicas en busca del balón, demostrando táctica y sobre todo muchas ganas de jugar.

Each one of the girls were looking for the ball, showing tactics and above all a lot of desire to play.

El juego continuaba con mucha emoción; las chicas luchaban cada balón sin dejar por perdido ninguno de ellos. A pesar de que las jugadoras están en preparación y en ciertos momentos se notaba la inexperiencia; todo esto sirve para que en futuras reuniones y prácticas puedan solucionar los errores cometidos; de esta manera ellas aprenden y lo importante es que no se dejan vencer si cometen una equivocación. Ahora; faltando a penas 10 minutos para culminar el tiempo, ocurrió una lesión de la portera del equipo de Talentos; de inmediato fue sustituida por su suplente. Sin embargo; pasados 5 minutos de haberse realizado el cambio, ocurrió una genialidad de parte de una jugadora del equipo del Monagas, quien salió de su campo con mucha velocidad y mantuvo el dominio del balón, realizó un buen pase que al final resultó en gol; se iba adelante el equipo de Monagas FC y hasta ese momento escalaba posiciones en la tabla de clasificación.

Ahora; como dije antes, las jugadoras pueden cometer algún error y justamente me pareció que la portera estaba mal colocada; se encontraba muy apartada hacia su lado izquierdo y muy afuera de su área. Esta situación la pudo detallar la jugadora de Monagas e hizo el disparo de forma cruzada para abrir el marcador; el primer tiempo culminó 1 a 0 a favor de las chicas del Monagas FC, quedaba todavía mucho trecho por recorrer; se inició el segundo tiempo y Talentos tenía la oportunidad de empatar el encuentro. Este segundo tiempo empezó con muchas ganas de parte del equipo de Talentos, quienes tenían en mente por lo menos igualar el marcador.

La segunda mitad estuvo cargada de grandes emociones y mucha energía; los últimos 10 minutos estaban que arde y aunque las chicas se notaban un poco cansadas se presentaron más oportunidades de gol; sin embargo, como dice el dicho, el que persevera vence y casi al culminar el encuentro, el equipo de Talentos en una acción conjunta y con un pase excelente hacia su delantera; hizo una especie de sombrero logrando igualar la situación. El resultado final fue de 1 a 1 y ambos equipos continuaban igualados en la tabla de clasificación, en este caso con 4 puntos cada uno; cada equipo con una victoria y un empate. Bueno amigos míos; llegamos al final de esta fabulosa reseña sobre el encuentro de fútbol femenino categoría sub 15, porque andamos apoyando y dando promoción al deporte regional; saludos y nos vemos pronto.

Now; as I said before, players can make some mistakes and it seemed to me that the goalkeeper was badly positioned; she was very far to her left side and outside her area. This situation was detailed by the Monagas player and she made a cross shot to open the score; the first half ended 1-0 in favor of the Monagas FC girls, there was still a long way to go; the second half started and Talentos had the opportunity to tie the game. This second half started with a lot of desire on the part of the Talentos team, who had in mind to at least equalize the score.

The second half was full of great emotions and a lot of energy; the last 10 minutes were on fire and although the girls were a little tired, there were more goal opportunities; however, as the saying goes, he who perseveres wins and almost at the end of the game, the Talents team in a joint action and with an excellent pass to their striker; made a kind of hat trick to equalize the situation. The final score was 1-1 and both teams continued equal in the standings, in this case with 4 points each; each team with a win and a draw.
