Starting the Week at the Palace Gardens - My Actifit Report Card: May 5th, 2025

Monday ☀️ 15189
Cold clung to the corners of the morning, a sharp surprise for early May. I only had time for the short Luiseninsel route, before dashing off to a video operator job later. Even though time ticked tight, I carved out a calm pocket for breathing and meditation by the water. On the way to the venue and back, I packed in some solid steps, feet firm on familiar paths. Setup felt smooth, technical checks ticked off without tension, and the client was also relaxed. There was no rush, no rattling nerves. Just that quiet hum before the show begins. All in all a pretty good start of the week. Oh, and I brought back a photo of the palace for you.
Kälte klebte an den Ecken des Morgens, überraschend scharf für Anfang Mai. Ich hate nur Zeit für die kurze Luiseninselrunde, bevor ich später zu meinem Job als Videooperator düsen musste. Trotz knapper Zeit gönnte ich mir Momente für Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Wasser. Auf dem Weg zur Venue und zurück sammelte ich noch ordentlich Schritte. Der Aufbau lief entspannt, die Technikproben ohne Stress, und der Kunde war auch entspannt. Keine Hektik, keine Hürden. Nur dieses leise Summen, bevor die Show losgeht. Alles in allem ein ganz guter Start in die Woche. Und ja, ein Foto vom Schloss hab ich euch mitgebracht.
