Wednesday ☀️ 9116

The morning whispered promises of peace, and I made sure to steal a slice of it. After wrapping up yesterday’s stage teardown, I kept it calm and chose a short yet satisfying stroll. I wandered the Luisieninsel loop through the palace park, where birdsong softened the steps and the world felt wide open. On the island, right by the water’s edge, I practiced slow breathing and let my thoughts settle like leaves on a still lake. Meditation felt like sipping silence. Back home, breakfast on the terrace tasted better in the sunshine, every bite a quiet celebration. I relaxed there a while, basking, editing a little gift from the path, a sunny patch that made me smile.

Der Morgen flüsterte Versprechen von Frieden, und ich schnappte mir ein Stück davon. Nach der Abbauarbeit von gestern blieb ich gelassen und machte nur einen kurzen, aber schönen Morningwalk. Ich nahm die Luisieninselrunde durch den Schlosspark, wo Vogelstimmen die Schritte begleiteten und die Welt offen wirkte. Auf der Insel, direkt am Wasser, übte ich ruhiges Atmen und ließ meine Gedanken wie Blätter auf einem stillen See zur Ruhe kommen. Meditation war wie ein Schluck Stille. Zurück auf der Terrasse schmeckte das Frühstück in der Sonne besser, jeder Bissen ein leiser Genuss. Ich entspannte mich dort, sonnte mich und bearbeitete ein kleines Geschenk vom Weg, eine lachende Sonne die mich zum lächeln brachte.
