Thursday ☀️ 17685

The morning started soft and golden, the kind that whispered "take it slow." I skipped the long stroll and circled only the small Luise island, saving my strength for day two of the show setup. At the water’s edge, I paused for a few minutes of breathwork and quiet meditation. Then I wandered along the Landwehr Canal toward the nearby venue again. Most of the day, I wrestled with wires and blinking lights, building out the video setup. But instead of geeking out over gear here, I brought you something better, a few mellow Gotland sheep I bumped into in the castle park. Sleepy and curious, they felt like woolly reminders to pause and be present.

Der Morgen begann weich und golden, genau richtig, um es ruhig anzugehen. Ich ließ den langen Spaziergang aus und drehte nur eine kurze Runde um die Luiseninsel, denn Tag zwei des Show-Aufbaus stand bevor. Am Wasser machte ich ein paar Minuten Atemübungen und meditierte. Danach lief ich wieder am Landwehrkanal entlang zur nahen Venue. Den Rest des Tages verbrachte ich damit, Videotechnik zu basteln, Kabel, Kisten, Chaos. Aber statt euch Technik zu zeigen, hab ich was Schöneres mitgebracht: ein paar entspannte Gotlandschafe, die mir im Schlosspark begegnet sind. Schläfrig und sanft lagen sie da, wie wollige Erinnerungen daran, einfach mal innezuhalten.
