The morning felt like walking through a fog, a windy, cool start wrapped in thick humidity. I took the Luiseninsel route, walking in intervals. At the island’s edge, I paused to breathe and settle, watching the water ripple like quiet applause. At their familiar spot, the swan pair was busy with their morning routines together with their two fluffy cygnets, peaceful as a painting. I brought them back with me, not in feathers, but in feelings and photos. Their calm was contagious, a reminder that even in soaked clothes and a restless body, stillness is something I can carry home.

Der Morgen fühlte sich an wie ein Spaziergang durch Nebel, windig, kühl und doch klatschnass durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Ich nahm mal wieder die Luiseninselroute durch den Schlosspark und lief in Intervallen. Am Ufer der Insel blieb ich stehen, atmete, meditierte, während das Wasser leise wie Applaus plätscherte. Dann traf ich das Schwanenpärchen, beschäftigt mit ihrer Morgenroutine, mit seinen zwei flauschigen Küken an ihrer gewohnten Stelle. Ich nahm sie mit, nicht als Federn, sondern als Gefühl und in Biuldern. Ihre Ruhe war ansteckend, ein stiller Beweis dafür, dass man selbst in nassgeschwitzter Kleidung und mit müdem Körper ein Stück Gelassenheit mit nach Hause tragen kann.
