Wednesday ☀️ 9298

The tropical stretch of summer seems to have slipped away, leaving behind a pleasantly cool and crisp morning. I breathed in the normal humidity and smiled at the bright blue sky above. My walk wound through the wide Schleusenland loop with steady interval stages that mixed motion with moments of stillness. I paused for breathwork and meditation by the hidden brook, one of my favorite secret spots on my walks, where the water whispered like an old friend. Later, I wandered past the palace gardens where the grand Japanese pagoda tree stood in bloom, its branches heavy with creamy clusters. I even brought back photos for you, a delicate cosmea flower and that of course of that magnificent pagoda tree, both captured in their quiet glory.

Der tropische Teil des Sommers scheint vorbei zu sein und hinterlässt einen angenehm kühlen und frischen Morgen. Ich atmete die normale Luftfeuchtigkeit ein und lächelte zum blauen Himmel auf meinem Weg. Ich nahm heute die große Schleusenlandrunde und ging Etappenweise im Intervall Walking. Ich hielt inne für Atemübungen und Meditation am versteckten Bach, einem meiner Lieblingsorte auf meinen Walks. Später kam ich im Schlossgarten am großen japanischen Perlschnurbaum vorbei der in voller Blüte steht. Ich habe euch Bilder einer zarten Cosmea und natürlich des beeindruckenden Perlschnurbaums mitgebracht.
