The morning sun spilled gold across the path, the air warm and dry with barely a whisper of wind. It still felt bearable before the heat climbed past thirty degrees. I wandered the Luiseninsel loop with a small detour through the palace gardens, my steps shifting between relaxed steps and short intense intervals. By the old alder at the water, I paused for breath and a quiet moment of meditation. From my daily starting point, I bring you a sky painted like a soft watercolor and the sight of a grey heron already savoring the cool water.
Die Morgensonne legte goldenes Licht auf den Weg, die Luft war warm und trocken mit kaum spürbarem Wind. Noch war es erträglich, bevor die Hitze über dreißig Grad stieg. Ich ging die Luiseninselrunde mit einem kleinen Abstecher durch den Schlosspark, wechselte zwischen entspanntem Schritt und intensiven Intervallen. Bei der alten Erle am Wasser auf der Insel hielt ich inne, atmete tief und fand einen Moment der Stille. Von meinem täglichen Startpunkt bring ich euch heute einen himmel wie aus Aquarell und einen Graureiher, der schon am Morgen das kühle Nass genoss.
