The morning felt heavy with warmth yet freshened by a playful wind that swept away the stale air of the past days. I set out on my bike for a ride to Plötzensee, where rhythm ruled my steps in interval walking around the lake. The scene shimmered like a soft painting: the sun slipped low through the trees, mist and haze hung in the air like whispered secrets, and the lake mirrored it all. I paused for breath and meditation by the shore, feeling the quiet cradle of calm. I carried home three things for you today: the sunrise like a golden gift, the tranquil mood of the lake, and the charred shell of a garden hut I stumbled upon.
Der Morgen fühlte sich schwer vor Wärme an, wurde jedoch von einem frischen Wind belebt, der die stickige Luft der letzten Tage vertrieb. Ich fuhr mit dem Rad die Tour zum Plötzensee, wo ich im Rhythmus meine Intervalle um den See ging. Die Szenerie wirkte wie ein weiches Gemälde: tiefes Sonnenlicht durchflutete die Bäume, während Nebel und Dunst wie leise Geheimnisse in der Luft lagen und sich im See spiegelten. Am Ufer hielt ich inne für Atem- und Meditationsübungen und spürte eine stille Geborgenheit. Drei Eindrücke brachte ich euch mit: den Sonnenaufgang wie ein goldenes Geschenk, die ruhige Stimmung des Sees und die verkohlte Hülle einer Gartenlaube, die ich entdeckt habe.
