A Very Active Sunday - My Actifit Report Card: September 28th, 2025

The morning air felt sharp and fresh, a very cool and windy autumn breeze brushing my face at just under ten degrees. I set out early on my bike for a ride to Volkspark Jungfernheide, where the quiet paths invited interval walking. Near the water, I slowed down for breathing and meditation exercises, letting the ripples mirror my calm. Later, as if September wanted to prove summer was not yet gone, I pedaled toward Lake Tegel under bright skies. The ride was not rushed but rhythmic, like pages turning in a familiar book.
I brought you the sunrise and a spun mandala that shines in the sun and tells its own silent story.
Die Morgenluft fühlte sich scharf und frisch an, ein sehr kühler und windiger Herbsthauch bei knapp unter zehn Grad strich mir übers Gesicht. Früh brach ich mit dem Fahrrad zu einer großen Tour in den Volkspark Jungfernheide auf, wo die stillen Wege zum Interval Walking einluden. Am Wasser hielt ich inne für Atem- und Meditationsübungen, während die Wellen meine Ruhe spiegelten. Später, als hätte der September den Sommer noch nicht losgelassen, fuhr ich zum Tegeler See unter strahlendem Himmel. Die Fahrt war nicht gehetzt, sondern gleichmäßig wie umblätternde Seiten eines vertrauten Buches. Mitgebracht hab ich euch den Sonnenaufgang und ein gesponnenes Mandala, das in der Sonne glänzt und seine eigene stille Geschichte erzählte.
