Friday ☀️ 17930

Golden light spilled over a strangely soft November morning and it felt like the day stretched itself awake. I still did not find time for a morning walk because work kept pulling me along, always asking for just one more thing. It was the first teardown day and the cases sat stacked and ready like quiet travel companions at the end of the day. On the way to the venue, across the trade grounds, and back again, I gathered a satisfyingly large amount of steps, like stitching the city together one stride at a time. After lunch, I noticed the half hidden Funkturm peeking out from behind trees, like a secret storyteller waiting for someone to look up.

Goldenes Licht flutete einen ungewöhnlich milden Novembermorgen und der Tag schien sich langsam zu strecken. Ich fand wieder keine Zeit für einen Morningwalk, weil die Arbeit mich weiter zog und immer nach ein wenig mehr verlangte. Es war der erste Abbautag und die Cases standen am Ende des Tages ordentlich bereit wie stille Reisebegleiter. Auf dem Weg zur Venue, über das Messegelände und zurück sammelte ich ordentlich viele Schritte, als würde ich die Stadt mit jedem Schritt zusammennähen. Nach dem Mittagessen entdeckte ich den halb versteckten Funkturm, der hinter Bäumen hervorschaute, wie ein stiller Geschichtenerzähler, der darauf wartete, dass jemand nach oben blickt.
