A damp and windy November morning pulled me forward like a quiet companion, even though the sky did not spill a single drop. I walked into the dark day and felt the city still lying in soft stillness. I love how the empty streets wrapped around me the same way a favorite blanket once warmed me on long childhood nights. I walked the great Schleusenland route through the sleepy palace garden where puddles covered every path like scattered mirrors. I paused at the hidden creek and let my breath settle during slow breathing and meditation exercises. The moment felt like placing stones in a calm river and watching the water gently shape them. I carried some autumn impressions with me so you could see what I had seen.
Ein feuchter und windiger Novembermorgen zog mich wie einen ruhigen Begleiter nach vorne, obwohl der Himmel keinen einzigen Tropfen verschüttete. Ich ging in den dunklen Tag und spürte, wie die Stadt immer noch in weicher Stille lag. Ich liebe es, wie sich die leeren Straßen um mich wickelten, so wie eine Lieblingsdecke mich einst in langen Kindheitsnächten wärmte. Ich ging die große Schleusenland-Route durch den verschlafenen Schlossgarten, wo Pfützen jeden Weg bedeckten wie verstreute Spiegel. Ich hielt am versteckten Bach inne und ließ meinen Atem während der langsamen Atmung und Meditationsübungen beruhigen. Der Moment fühlte sich an, als würde man Steine in einen ruhigen Fluss legen und beobachten, wie das Wasser sie sanft formt. Ich habe einige Herbstimpressionen mitgebracht, damit ihr sehen könnt, was ich gesehen habe.
