On this frosty morning, a silent layer of cold settled over the palace gardens as I walked the Luiseninselroute. A single crow perched like a little queen and watched me. The ice sparkled under my footsteps, and the waters all around here were already beginning to freeze. During interval walking, my breath became visible as little clouds. On the island, I paused for breath and meditation to gather my inner peace. I brought back a few frosty impressions for you, reminders that even cold days can glow quietly.

An diesem frostigen Morgen legte sich eine stille Schicht aus Kälte über den Schlosspark während ich die Luiseninselrunde ging. Eine einzelne Krähe thronte wie eine kleine Königin und beobachtete mich. Das Eis funkelte unter meinen Schritten, und die Wasser überall hier begannen bereits zu gefrieren. Beim Intervall Walking wurde mein Atem sichtbar wie kleine Wolken. Auf der Insel hielt ich inne für Atem und Meditation, um die Ruhe in mir zu sammeln. Ein paar frostige Eindrücke brachte ich euch mit, Erinnerungen daran, dass selbst kalte Tage still leuchten konnten.
