A sudden spark of serenity slipped into my cold and windy November morning as I walked the Luiseninsel route, turning interval walking into a steady rhythm that felt like brushing dust off an old memory. I passed the decorated bust of the queen and the brightly filled hollow tree, both standing like quiet characters in a story I did not quite leave behind. I lingered by the water for breathing and meditation exercises, letting the calm rise through me like warmth creeping into frozen fingers. I carried the queen and her gentle visitor back with me, not as heavy history but as a small reminder that even a grey day did not silence simple moments of wonder.

Ein plötzlicher Funke von Frieden schwebte in meinen kalten und windigen Novembermorgen, als ich die Luiseninselrunde ging und Intervall Walking zu einem gleichmäßigen Rhythmus wurde, der wie das Abwischen alter Erinnerungen wirkte. Ich sah die geschmückte Büste der Königin und den bunt gefüllten hohlen Baum, beide wie stille Figuren in einer Geschichte. Am Wasser machte ich Atem und Meditationsübungen, während die Ruhe in mir aufstieg wie Wärme in gefrorenen Händen. Die Königin samt Besuch brachte ich mit zurück, nicht als schwere Geschichte, sondern als leise Erinnerung, dass selbst ein grauer Tag kleine Wunder nicht negierte.
