Cold air bit like a clean slap, and I rose motivated before dawn. It was a winter morning under 5 degrees, and the Mierendorffinselroute was back on my list. The path began misty and damp, then settled into a steady, simple cold that sharpened my focus. I paused by the water for breathing and meditation at the familiar spots, letting my breath drift like smoke over steel calm canals. On the bridge with the spiral ramps, I tried a few long exposure experiments, turning lights into silky streaks like brushed paint. I did not rush. I found a new piece on the wall of fame and carried it back to you like a small secret. Afterward, I bought groceries, ordinary bags and bright apples, and felt fitter than last week, steady and strong.

Kalte Luft biss wie ein klarer Schlag, und ich stand motiviert vor der Dämmerung auf. Es war ein Wintermorgen unter 5 Grad, und die Mierendorffinselrunde stand wieder an. Der Weg begann neblig und feucht und wurde später einfach nur kalt, was meinen Fokus schärfte. Am Wasser hielt ich an den bekannten Stellen für Atem und Meditation an, mein Atem trieb ruhig wie Rauch über ruhige Kanäle wie Stahl. An der Brücke mit den Spiralrampen machte ich ein paar Experimente mit Langzeitbelichtungen und verwandelte Lichter in seidige Spuren wie gemalte Pinselstriche. Ich hetzte nicht. An der Wall of Fame fand ich ein neues Piece und hab es euch wie ein kleines Geheimnis mitgebracht. Danach kaufte ich noch Lebensmittel ein und fühlte mich insgesamt fitter als in der vergangenen Woche, ruhig und robust.
