Tuesday ☀️ 20085

This morning it was frosty again, below freezing, dry but windy, which always makes it feel much colder. The palace garden was open again and I had everything I needed to conduct a few experiments with a laser and long exposures on the more or less willing ladies Queen Luise and Venus of Medici, the best results of which I have of course brought along for you to marvel at (incl. a test shot at home on a black plastic torso). I also grounded myself with the usual breathing and meditation exercises by the water on the island near the queen, and today I racked up quite a few steps, not only with interval walking. All in all, it was a relaxed and creative morning walk and an otherwise quite busy penultimate day of the year.

Heute morgen waren es wieder frostige minusgrade, zwar trocken, aber dafür windig was es sich immer gleich viel kälter anfühlen lässt. Der Schlosspark war wieder geöffnet und ich hatte alles dabei um ein paar Experimente mit einem Laser und Langzeitbelichtungen an den mehr oder weniger freiwilligen Damen Königin Luise und Venus von Medici durchzuführen deren beste Ergebnisse ich euch natürlich zum bestaunen mitgebracht habe (inkl. einer Testaufnahme zu Hause auf einem schwarzen Plastiktorso). Mit den üblichen Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Wasser auf der Insel bei der Königin habe ich mich dann auch geerdet und heute insgesamt nicht nur mit Intervall-Walking ordentlich viele Schritte gesammelt. Alles in allem ein entspannter und kreativer Morningwalk und ein ansonsten recht geschäftiger vorletzter Tag des Jahres.
