The morning frost greeted me at -5 degrees Celsius. The snow is getting more slippery here and there every day, so you have to walk very carefully to avoid slipping. I took a relaxed walk through the palace gardens and did my usual breathing and meditation exercises by the frozen carp pond. I brought you the sunrise and a creepy snowman today.
Die morgendliche Eiseskälte erwartete mich bei -5 grad. Der Schnee wird von Tag zu Tag glatter hier und da, man muss sehr vorsichtig laufen um nicht auszurutschen. Ich bin eine entspannte Runde durch den Schlosspark gegangen und am zugefrorenen Karpfenteich die üblichen Atem- und Meditationsübungen gemacht. Mitgebracht hab ich euch heute den Sonnenaufgang und einen creepy Schneemann.
