Smokin’ Hot Sunrise on a Freezin’ Cold Morning - My Actifit Report Card: January 8th, 2026

It's getting colder and colder, and this morning I was frozen solid at -9 degrees. The motto when going outside is still: don't slip and hurt yourself. I went for a beautiful sunrise walk across the peninsula. I spread my breathing and meditation exercises out over several short intervals along the way so I wouldn't freeze. Of course, I captured the magnificent sunrise and brought it back for you.
Es wird grad immer kälter und der heutige Morgen hat mich bei -9 grad schockgefrostet. Bloss nicht ausrutschen und wehtun ist weiterhin die Devise beim rausgehen. Ich bin eine schöne Sonnenaufgangsrunde über die Halbinsel gegangen. Atem- und Meditationsübungen hab ich in mehrere kurze Intervalle auf den weg verteilt um nicht festzufrieren. Den grandiosen Sonnenaufgang hab ich natürlich eingefangen und euch mitgebracht.
