Icy Sunrise, Tweety and a Tree Hugger - My Actifit Report Card: January 11th, 2026

It's still freezing cold in the morning at around -8 degrees Celsius, and I went for a nice walk around the palace gardens doing interval walking. Breathing and meditation exercises by the water, or rather on the ice, on Luiseninsel, and after encounters with various birds and snowmen, I headed back home to the couch for a delicious, hot cup of green tea. Of course, I brought back a few impressions of the morning for you.
Immernoch eisekalt am Morgen bei rund -8 grad und ich bin eine schöne Schlossparkrunde im Intervall Walking gegangen. Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Wasser, ähm am Eis, auf der Luiseninsel und nach Begegnungen mit diversen Vögeln und Schneemännchen dann wieder ab nach Hause auf die Couch zu einem leckeren, heißen grünen Tee. Ein paar Eindrücke des Morgens hab ich euch natürlich mitgebracht.
