Monday ☀️ 8106

It was very cold again, but dry, around -9 degrees in the morning, with a fiery sunrise, and I walked the Luiseninsel round with interval walking. I also did breathing and meditation exercises again with a view on the ice. According to the weather forecast, it should get warmer again starting tomorrow, in other words, the wet thaw is upon us. At the Palace Bridge, I encountered a whole group of different birds sharing the last unfrozen piece of the Spree, and of course I brought back some pictures for you.

Und wieder mächtig kalt, aber trocken, am Morgen bei rund -9 Grad, mit feurigem Sonnenaufgang, und ich bin die Luiseninselrunde im Intervall Walking gegangen. Auch wieder Atem- und Meditationsübungen mit Blick aufs Eis. Laut Wetterbericht soll es ab morgen wieder wärmer werden, mit anderen Worten, das nasse Tauwetter steht uns bevor. An der Schlossbrücke traf ich eine ganze Gruppe verschiedenster Vögel, die sich das letzte noch nicht zugefrorene Stück Spree teilten, wovon ich euch natürlich auch Bilder mitgebracht habe.
