Still cold, but only around 0 degrees now, so the thaw is setting in, accompanied by a little fog this morning. No interval walking through the palace gardens because it is closed today for safety reasons. So instead, breathing and meditation exercises with a view of the slowly thawing ice on the Spree and a multi-bridge walk. According to the weather forecast, temperatures are now set to rise daily, so it will be cold enough to catch a cold, so caution is advised. I captured the gloomy, wet and cold mood this morning at my starting point, which looks different every day. Plus more ice and some birds on ice.

Immernoch kalt, aber nur noch um die 0grad und damit setzt nun das Tauwetter ein und dazu etwas Nebel heute Morgen. Kein Intervall Walking durch den Schlosspark weil der aus Sicherheitsgründen heute geschlossen ist. Dann eben Atem- und Meditationsübungen mit Blick aufs langsam tauende Eis auf der Spree und eine Mehr-Brücken-Runde. Laut Wetterbericht sollen die Temperaturen nun täglich steigen, es wird also Erkältungswetter geben, vorsicht ist geboten. Die trübe, nasskalte Stimmung heute Morgen hab ich euch an meinem, immer wieder anders aussehenden, Startpunkt eingefangen. Dazu mehr Eis und ein paar Vögel auf Eis.
